Adelie penguins dive from icebergs to feed in the nutrient rich waters near Paulet Island, Antarctica.  The Adelie penguin colony on Paulet Island is estimated to be about 100,000 pairs, and appears to be growing, whereas in other areas of Antarctica there is a declining population. (written 2007)
