The Greensburg City Hall was badly damaged in the tornado that struck the town on May 4, 2007. Unlike most of the buildings, however, it can be re-built. Construction is continuing on the building. In the meantime, trailers are being used to hold the city offices. All city buildings in Greensburg will be build as LEED certified platinum buildings.
