In August 2008, Greensburg High School students distributed one of these Eoc-Maniac bags to every citizen of Greensburg, Ks. The bags were filled with energy-efficient items that had been donated by various companies. The items were intended, not only to help the citizens of Greensburg, but to encourage them to live in a more environmentally-friendly manner.
