Brown foam and an oil sheen float on the water next to an oil absorbent sausage boom in the shallow waters of the Crissy Field lagoon in San Francisco (11/12/07). On November 7, 2007 the Cosco Busan container ship spilled an estimated 58,000 gallons of bunker fuel into San Francisco Bay after striking a tower of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge.
