These hybrid tractor trucks are a common sight in Burma (Myanmar). Consisting of a roto-tiller like front half made inexpensively in China and a trailer back half, either an inexpensive one or one left from World War II, welded together into a cheap but surprisingly useful truck--although it certainly wouldn't meet safety standards in the US or Europe.
